Unless you haven't noticed, I like to take pictures of food. I think I could have been a food photographer in a past life? Or it could be from watching a lot of Food Network and Travel Channel.
Ice cream mochi has the chewy consistency of the rice cake made from glutinous rice and the inside is filled with soft creamy ice cream. The pink is strawberry and the yellow/orange is mango flavored. These yummy goodies were as good as they look.
Oooooooh I absolutely LOVE Mochi! I used to get them at Trader Joe's all the time :)

I had Mochi balls for the first time a few months ago. I have mixed feeling on them, I love the ice cream in the middle but I don't really like the powder on the outside... But gorgeous pics!
