I'm always in the market for new recipes to try or even try different "new to me" food. I have been on a roasting kick for a while, and have been looking for different vegetables to try. This time I wanted to try roasting chickpeas. There's so many recipes out there, so just pick one that would be good for you. It's good it's own as a snack or topping for salads to add a different texture.
What do you think? Have you ever tried roasted chickpeas?
Happy Friday and hope you have a wonderful weekend!

I have not tried them roasted, but I'm quite familiar with the legume, unlike some people ;)
ReplyDeleteI love roasted chickpeas! But my favorite snack is actually deep fried chickpeas with seasoned salt... you have to fry them the perfect amount so that they're still soft inside.
ReplyDeleteHaha how weird! That blazer just must look weird in that photo, here are some other posts with it ;)

I haven't roasted my own chickpeas ever, but I should! Have you tried sriracha chickpeas yet? THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY ADDICTIVE.
